All returns must be in original, unused condition and may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the manufacturer.
Request Authorization

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and the RMA form are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier to send the package to the designated return address provided in your authorization email.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
