Valley Craft Drum Dumpers

Valley Craft’s Drum Dumpers are the perfect solution to improve efficiency and safety while dumping material by utilizing a powered lifting and dumping process. Designed with stationary and portable options, these drum dumpers are ideal for repetitive dump areas or continually changing locations.

The dump chute accommodates a variety of steel, plastic or fiber drums; ranging up to 25” in diameter and between 26-43” in height. An included hold down bar secures your drum and is adjustable on 1” increments. Dump heights are available from 36-84” (36”, 48”, 60”, 72”, or 84” models available) and have a 1,500 lb. load capacity. Constructed of heavy duty 7 gauge steel, these drum dumpers are built to withstand the most rigorous use. Predrilled mounting holes provide the ability to secure your unit to the floor for added stability, and loading drums is made simple with the chute conveniently at floor level.

Simply operate the unit using the convenient hand-held pendant with magnetic back. Pendant completes powered dump cycle and gravity return in less than 60 seconds. While 60” and shorter models (36”, 48” and 60”) use a single stage dump cycle, the taller models (72” and 84”) operate utilizing a dual stage dump cycle to reach the desired heights. Both designs rise vertically until arms meet the pivot rollers causing the chute to rotate safely and efficiently. Units operate using 60 Hz / 110V power, a 1HP motor, and a 1GPM pump.
